Over 4 billion individuals are projected to own a mobile device, with smartphone use continuing rise around the world. Associated this trend is collection and usage of location information provided by these devices. The procedure for tracking evaluating phone number crucial crime terrorist attacks preventing concerns, especially in countries deteriorated security conditions. locational can enable real-time operational awareness save people's lives. In aspect, Geographic Information System (GIS) system frequently used provide intensive spatial along process. This research aims examine, follow up on, trace certain person's inside area using combination ArcGIS Google Maps application software they programs track determine locations through various types coordinates, including latitude longitude. program, there several methods algorithms fields, (locating people, determining tourist places, water sewage networks, forecasting event storms or floods, many other areas), an example program (Kriging method, Idw Spline method) methods, each method specific purpose field. research, kriging was used, which design algorithm that analysis processes gives clear accurate results. process maps search depends on taking longitude coordinates downloading them those maps. have been worked set basic concepts adopted particular person’s number, such as (the location, numbers connected him, duration call his contact list). tested creating virtual list making all data applying it knowing 9 months (from January October 2021). obtained results analyzed sorted different ways wide model communication movement activity tracked person. They showed efficient be applied enhance Iraq suspected people crimes like terrorism, kidnapping, drugs, extortion … etc.
